How to use
- Conditions
Spray system operates effectively above 15°C. Do not store at temperatures over 50°C. Warm chilled canisters in warm water if spray is poor.
- Surface preparation
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, oils, or contaminants.
- Application
Spray adhesive evenly on both surfaces at 80–100% coverage. Porous surfaces may require a second coat.
- Flash-off
Allow 2–4 minutes, or until adhesive is dry to the touch, before bonding.
- Bonding
Join materials and apply firm pressure for optimum adhesion. Initial bond allows cutting or trimming immediately; ultimate strength develops over 1–3 days.
- Temperature caution
Do not spray below 15°C. Avoid storing above 50°C.
